FAQ’s

Do you stock cabinets?

No, all our cabinets are completely custom, meaning we can’t stock them- Not even doors or drawers, as all cabinets are build to your specifications.

Do you reface cabinets?

No, we are set up to do shop work more than field work, so it would be a very expensive request of us. There are companies that specialize in this and would do a much better job.

Do you have a semi-custom line?

Technically no, but we can design with simplicity in mind. Lots of cost gets added when you try to go above and beyond in style, function, and uniqueness. If we stick to the basics we can build you our top of the line cabinets much closer to semi-custom prices.

Do you do countertops?

We only do wood tops, but could recommend a couple places for stone / solid surface tops.

Can you modify my cabinets?

Unfortunately, we do not modify other cabinetry. There are too many variables and unknowns. Again, we would have to charge far too much to make it worth while. A local handyman would be a better choice probably.

Can you match existing cabinets?

Yes, usually. With enough time and effort we can match almost anything, but certain woods and finishes are either very difficult to match from the beginning or get more difficult over time as light affects both the wood itself and certain finishes. Different finishing applications and products can also make a perfect match challenging, but we almost always come up with something that works.

How do you do payment?

We usually require half down and half at install. Some unique projects require unique payment schedules. We can take CC or cash/check.

What does the process look like?

You can read about our standard process here.

What is your lead time?

As of April 2024, approximately 18-20 weeks. This depends heavily on project scope and is subject to change given current market conditions.

Do you finish on-site?

Not typically. Our finish requires special equipment which is more suited for use in a shop environment. This makes on-site finishing much more difficult.

Are you affiliated with Hartville Hardware?

While we have worked on joint-projects with Hartville Hardware, we are not affiliated with them.
