Jesse Hostetler
President • Owner • 20 Years at HCD
Jesse is the president and owner of HCD. He has been in woodworking most of his life, and can design, quite literally, anything you want. He spends most of his time in the office organizing production and taking care of sales. Jesse and his wife Crista have four children and live in Tennessee. While not at his desk he’ll probably be found fishing, grilling, or wandering through the mountains.
Jason Hostetler
Builder • 20 Years at HCD
Jason is the lead cabinet builder at HCD. He has the engineering experience, tools, and mind to resolve all the challenges each unique job presents. When he is not working, Jason and his wife Eileen enjoy camping and are the favorite uncle and aunt at every family gathering.
Troy Haynam
Shop Manager • 15 Years at HCD
Troy is our project supervisor and one of our installers. Quick with a smile and encouraging word, Troy keeps the team on their toes with his wit and humor. You may very well meet him when we install your project. Otherwise, he can be found watching a baseball game.
Kyle Haynam
Designer • 18 Years at HCD
Kyle heads up most client meetings and oversees shop drawings and purchasing. A consummate puzzle solver and tinkerer, Kyle is always up for a difficult challenge. He lives in North Canton with his wife and 2 children. Kyle is an avid board gamer and spends his spare time inventing, coding, and thinking of new ways to make life more efficient.
Dwight Rader
Installer • 12 Years at HCD
Our primary sub-contracted installer, Dwight is very detailed and takes pride in installing your cabinets with precision. A general contractor by trade, Dwight comes with a vast amount of experience and is able to resolve problems quickly. He is a huge fan of sports and spends his time coaching youth baseball and playing fantasy football. He and his family live in Hartville.
Dan Bittaker
Finisher • 9 Years at HCD
As our lead finisher, Dan ensures that every piece meets our high standard before it leaves the shop. There is never a dull moment when Dan is around: a living encyclopedia and our go-to guy for all general trivia and sports knowledge.
Caleb Lapish
Builder • Assembler • 7 Years at HCD
Caleb is a cabinet builder at HCD and loves his job. Every cabinet he builds has his undivided attention. He takes pride in what he does, and because of this, you get the very best. When not covered in sawdust, he is most often found knee deep in a river, fly fishing.
Joseph Snode
Builder•Assembler•3 Years at HCD
Stepping into our assembly department, Joseph enjoys seeing a project come to life and loves the sense of accomplishment bringing all the pieces together into its final form. Joseph also loves music. He lets this love shine by composing some of his own music, for which he plays the piano and guitar. He and his wife have a son and live in Alliance.
Laura Haynam
Office Administrator •2 Years at HCD
Laura helps out in the office two days a week with purchasing supplies, managing job details and selections, and other miscellaneous tasks to help make everyones’ lives easier. When not at work, she can be found teaching private music lessons, taking care of her kids, listening to Kyle talk about coding, or crocheting a sweater.
